We want everyone to be able to use alrecovery.ie, find the help they need and order equipment without difficulty.
What we’re doing
- We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- We use clear headings, readable text and good colour contrast.
- We add text descriptions to images that carry information.
- We’re working to make sure every page can be used with a keyboard, zoomed in and read by screen readers.
- Our phone number and email address are in the footer of the website, so you can always reach a person.
Parts that may not be fully accessible
Some content comes from other services, such as embedded Google Maps, Google reviews and the Stripe payment form. We can’t fully control how accessible these are. If anything on the website stops you finding information or placing an order, contact us and we’ll help you directly.
