Delivery capped at €50 including VAT per order to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This maximum applies to parcel and pallet deliveries. Lower delivery rates and eligible free delivery still apply. Local pickup is free by arrangement.

We deliver recovery equipment across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the European destinations shown at checkout. You’ll see your delivery options and the full delivery charge at checkout before you pay.
When we dispatch
- We ship orders within two to three working days.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Irish bank holidays.
We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched, with tracking where the delivery service provides it. Please check your delivery address, Eircode or postcode and phone number before you order, and contact us straight away if you spot a mistake.
For an update on the status of your order, message us on WhatsApp. Please include your order number.
How we deliver
- Parcels up to 30 kg go by An Post. If your order is too heavy or too big for one parcel, we split it into more than one.
- Dolly and skate sets that are too heavy for one parcel are sent as two parcels, one in each box.
- Single items over 30 kg (for example our heaviest winches) go on a pallet with our courier to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The pallet charge depends on your county and is shown at checkout once you’ve entered your address. If you add other items to the same order, they travel on the same pallet.
- Items over 30 kg to Great Britain or Europe can’t be priced automatically. Checkout will ask you to contact us at help@alrecovery.ie and we’ll send you a delivery quote.
Parcel delivery charges
Each parcel is charged on the higher of its actual weight and its size-based (volumetric) weight. If your order goes as more than one parcel, each parcel is charged separately.

Free delivery
Delivery is free to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain when your order comes to €350 or more including VAT, fits in one parcel of 20 kg or less, and doesn’t include winches or dollies.
Delivery times
Delivery times shown are estimates from the delivery service and aren’t guaranteed. If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, don’t open it. Take photos of the packaging and the label and send them to us on WhatsApp at +353 86 158 2524 on the day it arrives. Our Returns & Refunds page explains what happens next.
Deliveries to Great Britain
Great Britain is outside the EU, so parcels sent there need customs paperwork. Any import VAT, duty or handling fees charged on arrival are paid by the person receiving the parcel.
